  1. They reduced the number of cycles on PCR tests January 20th, and in December 31st they will discontinue it and require lab results to confirm cases. This stuff will disappear and it will look like the shot worked.

Essentially by signing the contract you accept to receive a faulty product because they did their best in an emergency, they're not liable for anything and they can even miss deliveries without it being a breach of contract. Also, you're on the hook for the purchases, you can't stop them, no refunds.
