  1. Funnily enough I learned the same from House MD. In one episode they figured out the issues a male patient had were caused by low test so they put him on TRT. At the end he asks House to stop the treatment because the personality changes will end his marriage, and House starts listing off all the issues he'll have for the rest of his life if he doesn't bring his test levels back to normal.

  2. "It's not representative" in a morbid way they're kind of right. It's an absolutely experimental procedure with no standard practices, so each surgeon has their own method and techniques. The complications are almost always the same though, that's where they're wrong.
