  10. ​​ @gideondejongh838  Plenty of countries have resources. A lot of them are poor. Most countries have fiat currencies, it's impossible to have a growing economy otherwise. China's economy is heavily tied to housing market speculation as it was one of the few forms of investing the govt allowed.

  17. Latin America Russia Today promotes pro-woke stories. Brazil would never go against woke, their gay and trans scene is known globally.

  18. ​ @djinnxx7050  Basically gold sits in vaults and countries use it as reserves, trading it by switching the numbers around in a glorified excel sheet. For people like us gold means little. It can be used to bribe someone if fleeing a country with a worthless currency. In Venezuela there are stories of traders/businessmen who use scales and gold dust because their currency is so unstable.
