  5. Honestly, back in 2016 the dems pushed reps to Russia. Refusing to acknowledge that Hillary was unpopular and blaming the election on Russia made the "deplorables" feel like Russia couldn't be that bad if the Clintons hate them. Ever seen that meme of the libertarians and communists playing tug of war and then monopoly man grabs the rope on the communist side and a nazi grabs on the libertarian side? It's like that. Politics makes for strange bedfellows.
