+tasnibur rahman how is he responsible? He just committed a felony on camera and posted it online. It's illegal to shorten a barrel without a tax stamp.
8
@Jahman Borneo You're questioning someone's education over an explanation of how the immune system works?
8
@MisterNiles You're comparing different variants to sickness and dying from physical trauma. Nice logical fallacy you used there. Either way if antibodies don't last long does that mean people will need to keep getting more doses all their life?
8
+cubismo85 if he had any brain cells he would realize he posted a video of himself illegally shortening a rifle barrel.
8
@Tony P Actually, people did say that. Your new script is just the moving of the goalposts. At first it was herd immunity. Now it's to "teach". Even though 80% of people don't need to be taught because they didn't get sick.
8
How is he a man? For committing a felony on camera and posting it online? That's not being a man, that's being stupid.
7
pandorachild how am I being stupid for pointing out you're applauding a criminal who has no regard for the law and who did nothing to prevent any deaths? How is that unreasonable?
6
@jimmyhirr5773 Yeah, so job done. That was the objective. Crisis averted. Case rate was always supposed to go up, but enough people would be healthy that the system wouldn't collapse. That's what flattening the curve means. Keeping cases controlled as people get sick. Then we all get sick, but not at the same time. If cases go down, even better. Oh? You actually wanted to eradicate the thing? That's moving the goalposts. That's not flattening the curve. That's ERASING the curve.
4
@Tony P Nobody mentioned the CDC or the word "cure". You're strawmanning. You've admitted your loss. Thanks for playing.
4
How is destroying one weapon a solution? Particularly a gun that wouldn't kill anyone as long as it stayed in his hands? You really shouldn't applaud people for slacktivism or doing symbolic gestures that do not acomplish anything. You're only applauding mediocrity.
4
@kckdude913 fake news or not they're still MSM. Thinking Fox is alternative media is a worse mistake than trusting them.
4
@edmundooliver7584 Then it's not working if you're still getting it?
4
When all else fails, tread on them.
3
pandorachild I am presenting questions you don't answer, not trying to prove anything. Try again.
3
@marcusaurelius3487 Conscript service is known as a waste of time in Russia. There's no muscle memory because most conscripts just do menial labor.
3
@edmundooliver7584 So why do the vaccinated need mask?
3
Grey Star But evolutionary pressures benefit less dangerous variants. You know which virus won the evolutionary race? Herpes. Tons of people have it without even knowing.
3
+Richard Ascensio lmao so despite the danger of being killed by objects other than rifles is greater, it doesn't count because it wasn't in a mass murder. lmao and you people claim to care about lives, when you clearly don't. Only about guns.
2
@PlantyLadySue That same president was called a racist when he suggested closing down international travel.
2
+MrSpinel can you give us a concise explanation of what makes an AR-15 different from other rifles?
2
Blackwater was just doing security work. They never fought a war.
2
It does nothing at the macro level. Others following suit? Only if the others are so brain dead they actually think owning a weapon is going to influence the number of massacres, again not really the type of people who would actually take the gun and start shooting people. Either way the rifles are sold faster than they're destroyed by virtue signaling men with a mid-life crisis. "not buying semi automatics anymore" are you fucking kidding? No, are you actually fucking kidding me? Semi-automatics are in common use in almost every country. Even in the UK, which is known for not allowing semi-auto rifles, allows semi-auto shotguns (which are very destructive weapons at close range). The vast majority of countries allows semi-auto rifles and semi-auto handguns.
2
@skipnick You changed the subject.
2
@HaiRune The other way around. At this point they should stop sperging about taking the vaccine but even with half the country vaccinated they're still pushing.
1
+0imon "the bullet won't even spring" wow that's some great insight into how firearms work. Shortening the barrel is still a crime without a permit from the ATF.
1
Hasn't been done since Vietnam.
1
@extremecat9863 Those dastardly Republicans have been causing the 4th and 5th lockdowns in Europe?
1
@Josh Smith Promoting the destruction of the middle class isn't promoting health and safety.
1
@NeilMortimer So that's a long winded way to say this is going to go on forever.
1
@Josh Smith Don't change the subject. Address the topic at hand.
1
@NeilMortimer "we might even see a mutation that literally wipes out mankind" - Impossible. Not only would a deadlier variant reduce transmission, we'd be talking about an unprecedented extinction event. We're more likely to have Yellowstone explode and then a huge meteor hit us right after. "There's no particular reason that wouldn't happen" - There's a myriad of reasons why, such as the fact that many are naturally immune, that you'd need a multitude of one in a quadrillion mutations to occur all in a specific order. You're more likely to win the lottery every week for a hundred years straight. "I wonder how high the stakes have to be raised before everyone would pull their heads out of their asses and get vaccinated" - But you can still carry it because it doesn't make you immune, which means mutations and new variants will keep happening. You can't snuff it out until the transmission chain ends, which mean enough people in the world being naturally immune and impossible to infect. This isn't achieved by a vaccine that reduces symptoms.
1
@Josh Smith You're denying the economic damage to participate in political bickering. The only clown here is you simping for politicians. And no, that wasn't the subject.
1
@Sapphire867 if he's so good at medicine why did he bungle up the AZT situation or try and lie about the Thai HIV vaccine trials?
1
+Arsenal Pro Audio "they are the primary weapon of choice for school shootings due to high yield and high capacity" any rifle with detachable magazine can have a "high capacity" magazine made for it. The reason AR15s are so used is because the media glamorized them. Also what the fuck is the yield of a firearm? This isn't a nuclear weapon.
1
@greg7656 funny how the science is changing in the direction that makes more money
1
@greg7656 Oh so science caused this? Yes, we can't forget about the g@in of funct1on research that probably created this scenario.
1
Youtube puts this on the home page.
1
@dudedog884 That's like saying mall guards do police work because they're "policing" the thieves and shoplifters, even though they have no real arrest powers.
1
@yoda9256 You type that here, but you'd walk home with him.
1
+EmmaWhispers yeah but he lived in his mother's house. He didn't break in. He killed his mother to get the keys to the safe. Unless the dude is sharing a home with a psychopath or he leaves guns outside a safe, he didn't prevent shit. The chances of his house being robbed and his safe broken into are infinitesimal. Not to mention he committed a crime by shortening his rifle barrel under 16".
1
+Cooper Huttley he does care about his firearm - the lower receiver is the serialized part, the actual "firearm". He can buy a barrel and gas tube for cheap, online, and order it to his door because only the lower is the firearm. If he didn't care, he would have torch cut the lower per ATF guidelines. His actions in the video did not result in the destruction of a firearm (it would still work, just not cycle), just the manufacture of a SBR which is illegal.
1
+ARKEF1E lol what does that article prove? That gun laws don't stop criminals from smuggling weapons? There's 850 million guns in worldwide circulation. You think that if state lines don't stop criminals, borders will? Drugs come through the border all the time. You think guns will be stopped?
1
Yeah it is. AR-15s were sold in various forms. In the pre-ban years that's what an AR-15 looked like, now it's considered "retro".
1
+slarti bartfast he still manufactured a SBR and the receiver needs to be torch cut into three pieces if I'm not mistaken. Sawing it won't cut it, pun intended.
1
Yeah but the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
1
+young prodigy but he still needs a new gas tube, a gas block and to drill a new gas port in the barrel before it becomes semi-auto again.
1
@mikepo8271 "it may gets weaker, but unfortunately, this time is more virulent..." - more infectious usually carries the caveat of also being weaker
1
@mkahn1031 those examples do take away valuable time and resources from other people who need them
1
Nobody is telling you what to do, we think it's a big deal being told what to do. Big difference.
1
+The radical Teddy kills look can you give some credentials? Because we get a lot of people who don't know anything about guns telling us what guns will do the job or won't. Do you have any tactical/law enforcement/military background or you're just basing your opinions off what the media says?
