  2. ​ @That-guy-there1  Because puberty makes boys look like men. You wanted to know why, the reason is that simple. Leo DiCaprio is weird for not dating women under 25 but it's legal. James Charles is weird because he essentially admitted the same, he sees 21-22 as the limit for men. Still legal. But when it comes to stopping puberty... the age has to be lower.

  3. The Snowden stuff is complicated because he passed off documents relative to intelligence agencies to journalists in Hong Kong. If we just allowed anyone to do that we'd basically have to legalize espionage. Morally he was right in exposing the surveillance programs but the law says otherwise.
