You can watch drone footage of Russians ending it after being wounded by drone dropped nades. They actually grip the weapon harder with the jerk, and then slowly relax. You're not CSI bub. To grip a weapon you curl the fingers and to shoot your index finger hooks through the trigger guard. That means the handgun has to rotate out of grip, and recoiling backwards doesn't undo the hooking action from the hand and fingers.

@stephenmelton2532 that's just combat tempo. You can do a 9 month deployment and never reach 90 straight days of combat tempo. Even in Ukraine they try to pull back guys after 2 straight weeks.

It makes no difference if a Hellfire is fired from a Predator drone or a manned Apache helicopter. Drones don't do anything to people. The payload does.

@tombreckinridge6218 No, it's not common sense. John McAfee famously said he wouldn't K himself and then did. He was imprisoned in Spain and about to be extradited to the US. He knew he was old and would never be free again if he was imprisoned in the US, so he decided to check out. He created a crypto called $WHACKED and said if something happened to him there would be a deadman switch to release information but nothing came of it. $WHACKED was a gift to his followers, wait for him to die and then sell due to interest, then let it crash.

Yes, they do. Thanks to the war in Ukraine you can watch footage of sewer slides from Russian soldiers. The guns don't jump.

@feitme It does sound bitter, but that's because society grows bitter as a result. Past a certain age where people can make their own choices an age gap isn't "wrong", obviously, but there's a consequence - it takes people off the dating market in their own age bracket. This forces them to go younger, or if they're young, to not find a dating partner. People can grow bitter from it, or just stay emotionally stunted as they missed out on relationships and need to catch up. Which leads to more age gaps as young people can't find people with the desirable levels of maturity.
