  2. The F-16 has full digital control while the MiG-29 is still mechanically linked. When flying a MiG-29 if you speed up or slow down, or change altitude, your wings provide different lift so your CoL moves in relation to the CoG so you need to keep re-trimming to stay level. The F-16 is multirole with modernized cockpits while the MiG-29 is still a fighter that happens to let you drop bombs and fire rockets. The F-16 is made to look for enemy aircraft and fight them, the MiG-29 is meant to be flown by a pilot listening to ground controllers telling him where the enemy will be, and then when close the pilot will turn on his radar or IRST to shoot missiles at the enemy.

  7. Actually you do cancel elections, it's based on constitutionality. In the Ukrainian constitution the emergency conditions set by martial law makes suspension of elections the default. If a massive hurricane, earthquake or volcano eruption happened days before the US election don't you think states declaring a state of emergency would suspend the electoral process? I'm not sure of what the US constitution says on that matter, but nearly every democracy has provisions to put things on hold if conditions do not allow it. They didn't imprison political opponents, they imprisoned TRAITORS who helped the Russian invasion. Treason exists in the US too. Look up what the penalty is. The "church leaders" belonged to the Moscow church which is a FSB operation. That church declared that people who die fighting against Ukraine will go to heaven. Try to become an Imam and recruit fundamentalists people to wear s-vests in the US, see how that goes. I dare you. Give it a try.

  8. Most "NATO tactics" don't have anything to do with insurgents. In fact, counter-insurgency caught the US with its pants down and a lot of stuff had to be learned on the fly. The manuals weren't re-written for fighting the Taliban. They're still a manual on how to fight the Reds.

  9. Sorry, we're gonna take Russia's opinion seriously? What is Russia gonna do, invade again? Once the funds stop flowing, Russia will have Afghanistan on steroids. In Kherson the Russian soldiers knew they were not supposed to walk the streets alone because locals would stab them. They checked under their cars before staring them because the Ukrainians went IRA on their asses and mayors/police chiefs kept getting clapped by VBIED. The people are PISSED.
