  1.  Lima 2 Actual  "they don't have their own military intelligence the Navy does which is why they use SEALs to do their bidding" - That's an oversimplification that borders on misleading. Not even I can explain the differences between SEALs and USMC special operations so I won't try, but it goes deeper than military intelligence or lack thereof.
