  4. They have some weapons and need others. The UK doesn't only use British weapons, Germany doesn't only field German weapons. They have some missiles. They need others. They have some artillery. They need others. This is an opportunity for other countries because if Ukraine wins, Ukraine will be able to build more weapons to repay the help.
