  1. Oh and while I understood the plot it was somewhat confusing. I remember asking my mother when she came back from the theater and she thought the villain was going to speed up the melting of the ice caps with the laser. She actually missed the plot point where Graves was the son of the NK general and the laser was going to clear the DMZ.

  3. Good ingredients, just a bad mixing ratio and a little raw in the middle. The car chase in the ice is pure product placement as both Aston Martin and Jaguar were in the same conglomerate, and using the speed racer's hood as a surfboard to escape feels unearned and thus a jump the shark moment. The Korea and Cuba segments are great, it's the ice hotel thing where everything falls apart.
