  2.  @momqabt  Bro the concrete was punched through, the steel rebar cut. In some videos the holes also shown the lower deck of the closed cell structure was also punched through. You can see the river. It's not the "road" dawg. That was the structure itself with a hole punched through both sides and the steel reinforcement mangled.

  6.  @Gumiho-34  Laugh all you want. Why don't you drive over there? I wouldn't. Any reasonable government would shut down the bridge and have actual engineers calculate if the section can be repaired or just ask for a new one to be installed. Not ask youtube commenters.
