  1. Fresh concrete won't bear the load, dawg. Bridges are reinforced with steel rebar, and have tensioning devices to keep the concrete under compression. The attacks cut the steel. Pouring concrete allows you drive normal cars, but armored convoys are unsafe.

  5. The damage isn't easily fixed. The attack punched through and cut the steel rebar.

  6. The prison was burned, not blasted. You can even see the stone with blood where limbs were chopped off, they set a fire to hide the torture.
