  5. But they're playing it smart. They are grinding the south while taking territory in the east. They've both spoiled the referendum in Kherson but are also going after the separatists who served as the casus belli for the whole thing. I think that they understand that they'll get a huge psychological victory by taking out the LPR and DPR while the Russian army is trapped in Kherson. The Russian people may actually go to the streets and demand the end of the war if the LPR and DPR capitulate, because then the troops in Kherson will die for nothing.

  7. Doesn't matter. Pro-Russian telegram has been screaming about the issues for a while and they're either told to change their tune or get accused of being Western agents. The Russian brass refuses to acknowledge the problems so they cannot be fixed.
