  2. Russia has no incentive to keep them either. They're just going to help Europe after a potential regime change. Russia has as much incentive to destroy them as throwing executives out the window.

  3. No, because you can't flip flop at the last minute as infrastructure is being built, contracts have been paid, etc. Flip flopping is the worst thing to do, it's a staring contest and you never blink first.
