  1. Youtube moderation is inconsistent. Dude wants to run his channel like a business, I can't fault him for that. A strike or demobetization can hinder his channel. If you have a throwaway channel or run media channels like CNN, MSNBC, etc you don't care.

  3. News media (CNN, etc) have exemptions and can post more than normal accounts. Some like Funker350 don't care about demonetization and are willing to risk it. Others use throwaway accounts. If your youtube channel is your income you will never risk getting unnecessary strikes.
