  3.  @ChR1St0p4eR  They're not mercenaries because they joined the Ukrainian armed forces and got Ukrainian papers. They're equivalent to Ukrainian citizens. Wagner, Redut, etc are paid to be there, making them mercenaries.

There's missiles in Syria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, etc with similar numbers. Civilians are ordered by Russians to wear white armbands. This was seen in a Russian propaganda interview in Mariupol, the civilians said they are told to do it.
