  7. ​ @CaptainOsric  "Reasonable force" is a farce. If someone attcks you, you have to use overwhelming force. Fighting is brutal. It's not pretty or clean cut. If you win a fight, the loser looks like he was held in a basement and tortured for his bank card PIN. I've fought with gloves and headgear. One time I got my nose rearranged and the eyes nearly swollen shut on a fight I lost narrowly by split decision. Two times I left my opponents with their faces bleeding and swollen and they were still standing in the end. If you do enough to stop an attacker it's NOT going to look "reasonable" to a judge and jury who never curled their fingers into a fist.
