@ethimself5064 What "misinformation"? The US ambassador simply said the US did not intent to get into a conflict with Iraq. The invasion of Kuwait changed the situation.

If the missiles had been destroyed then why did the coalition lose aircraft in the war? Stop saying nonsense. The UN was never in Iraq to disarm conventional weapons.

@ethimself5064 What do you mean, right from the top. It was an ambassador, and he was asked about economic warfare. He didn't know what Saddam intended to do. Also, if you look at me to look for negative signs, I say nothing, and then you grab my girlfriend's ass, you will get hit. That's not an excuse. If you attack someone, you don't get to say you could do it because nobody told you that you couldn't. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

@ethimself5064 I have no information on the Bush and cronies narrative. I know he asked an ambassador. Not only it was a weird question, it was decontextualized. And the answer is not biding in any way. You seem to be defending a dictator with malicious intentions who thought he could get away with violence scot free by asking the US permission.
