  4. It's not an all rounder. It's an air superiority platfrom that can drop JDAMs. Also the claim that nobody wanted the F-35 is blatantly false because many countries needed a Harrier replacement. The F-35B can take off from short deck carriers which allows nations to project fixed wing air power without investing in massive catapult carriers. The F-22 never had a naval variant produced, let alone a STOVL one that could give these countries a new Harrier.
