Turkey got one, still waiting for the total delivery because Russia and producing advanced military equipment is like pulling teeth. Russian missiles hit their mark? Outhouses, playgrounds and pedestrian bridges? The thing about war is, you don't start them just to see weapons in action. You have to buy them before the action starts. Turkey bought the S-400. Now they're stuck with it.
