  1. No, they aren't lmao. Name one person in this comments section saying that tank drivers should be in charge of tactics, strategy, organization, etc. Once you have a working product it's great to have the end user improve it, but putting end users in charge from the beginning of the project will just lead to 50 different people making 50 unreasonable demands.
