Tell me that you would hold your fire and accept to be killed by another act of perfidy if someone else in the crowd had a hidden weapon or an explosive rigged to blow. They are running combat cams. You can find combat cam from even the 2014-2015 height of the conflict. It's not more important than security, it's a record keeping instrument that runs in parallel with military activity.

If you friend comes out with a gun I don't trust you, your surrender is null and void, you are a combatant and right now I presume you are armed or have explosives rigged to kill me.
