Russia is also cut off from many Western suppliers their weapons depended on. Russia may mobilize the meat, but they won't have the steel.

@pja6476 the USSR collapsed, no nukes detonated.

Schizo Vatniks sperging about Poland taking back Galicia while forgetting about the 80s Solodarity movement. They do not understand history.

@hamzatariq5073 It's a cross, a generic symbol used by many militaries.

Historically, Winter punished Russia in the Winter War with Finland and in Ukraine 2022.
2
@xKevmachinex there were predictions about nuclear false flag last summer too - it's all schizo fear mongering

@lucaslucas4267 Russia is fighting Ukraine. If NATO showed up Russians would be rolled up like Iraq.

A growth of 0.6% is abysmal. 0.06% is downright catastrophic.

@zsmith4853 Canada joined a military alliance with China in 2013.

@pja6476 They were already several countries, it was a union of republics. Sure, they all were controlled by Moscow, but it wasn't a single country splitting. It would be very unlikely because the Soviet military controlled the nukes. So what if the republics wanted to nuke each other? It was still Soviet generals in control of the bases and with the launch codes. There's a reason that despite all the rumors about the black market nukes, not a single one has been purchased by terrorists.

@pja6476 What advantage? Trading them off is the best advantage they can get. The factions? Let them fight for who owns the most houses without indoor plumbing. You have sons and daughters living in Paris, London, LA, New York... why fight for rural backwaters?

Many pro-Ukraine people left the East in 2014, and Russian citizens moved in.

@hamzatariq5073 Nazis did not have a cross symbol. That was a German symbol prior to Nazi Germany.

@Xeonophon Armies were larger in WW2, invalid argument.

@Knight_Kin Invalid argument. I didn't say Winter caused the Soviets to fail, my point is that Winter punishes Soviets/Russians equally. They do not have special powers. They are still made of meat and bone, and they can be made to freeze. There's drone videos of Russians dying of hypothermia in their holes. Winter punishes them.

@randomdude2832 Yes they did, Thales for example was criticized for delivering parts for T-90s after 2014.

@chinazieswillstartww3253 Multiple accounts from both 2022 servicemen and even older accounts from Chechnya stated that soldiers barely got anything. If they were all veterans, why did Russia create training areas (in decrepit bases) and ask Belarus to train some soldiers too?
