@sercravenmohead3631 They started as rich but many went broke or lost their lives in the revolution. They actually walked the walk.

@bawilson999 Setting the strategy means telling the CFO what to achieve without necessarily telling him how to achieve it. If the CEO tells the CFO to cut costs, it goes without saying that the biggest slash an insurance company could make is not paying out. Even if the CEO does not say those words. By that logic a mob boss can't be convicted for ordering a hit because he just told his enforcers to "take care of it".

@Kolvarg A lot of nameless victims were criminals themselves. Depending on where it happens, unsolved homicides are estimated to be 50 to 80% gang related. When it's criminals clipping each other nobody cares except for the annoyance of stray bullets endangering the neighborhood. But when a normal everyday person gets capped it often gets a mention in the news because it's a sad story.

@flexibleaspect One of the few actually blaming the hospitals which I respect, but it's the insurance company that goes to the hospital and say "F off, we're not paying 50k, we're paying 20k" and gets the hospitals to back off and lowball their fees.

The life expectancy is probably because the food isn't crammed with sugars. Because if you got something stronger than the yearly sniffles universal healthcare will have you wait.
