Cultured Russian Waifu 2.0 Where did you people get the Elensky thing? Nice hivemind you got there.

@mr.negativenancy5751 Between the lines. Nice to see the Chomsky Brigade in full force.

@Fire-ci4se Yeah, they're "private", but they have offices and training facilities inside Russian military bases.
5
@Rage_Harder_Then_Relax He did. Donovan just ignored it.

@greenhammer3263 Should the Soviet Union have refused to fight Germany because of leftism?
4
And it also downplays how Russia is fighting Ukraine to the last man in Donbas. The East Ukrainians are suffering massive casualties thanks to their "protectors".
3
Ukraine has captured more towns in a week than Russia does in a month.
3
@TheSurpremeLogician It's not the same level.
3
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon predicted the 2008 Russian invasion of Georgia.
3
Heh, seven days later and there's reports one of the slabs in the Antonovsky bridge collapsed and Russia is trying to build the pontoon bridge. Sure looks like there's "shaping operations" going on.
3
@TheSurpremeLogician Dugina celebrated murder by taking selfies in the flattened city of Mariupol.

@TheSurpremeLogician No. She did that after calling for war, death and destruction. I didn't call for her death. I just laughed after it happened.
2
@TheSurpremeLogician False equivalence, also haha your comment got shadowbanned.
2
@TheSurpremeLogician It's not a dodge. There's nothing wrong about laughing at people who called for death.

@hadronoftheseus8829 Not an argument lol I don't need to show my diploma in culinary arts to spit out raw chicken.

The GMLRS rocket fired by HIMARS or M270 costs around 120,000-130,000 dollars. You don't just fire valuable rockets at random buildings in a satellite photo. The facility was known to contain POWs, it's been a penal colony. So anyone looking at the satellite imagery would know not to hit it. Sure, 200lbs of explosive won't wipe a building. But all the walls are standing? The bed frames are not knocked around? 200lbs of explosive cause a massive overpressure, it might not flatten a building but much smaller warheads have knocked walls down in residential buildings.

@mr.negativenancy5751 It did. You're just going nuh-uh.
2
Ukraine pressed for peace. Putin basically said he'll only make the deal if Ukraine disbands their army.
2
They cut back on the consumption of many items. The headlines are sensationalist, but the logic was sound.
2
@TheSurpremeLogician It's not murder. She believes Bucha was fake. I believe this was fake. She faked it, so she's still alive.

Mosin-Nagant is "Mau-Zhan Nah-gant"

@ThatWhichSleeps It's not about "surviving with less". It's that when you're focused on survival and wasting all your time and money on staying alive, your weapons manufacturing and nuclear arsenal maintenance die off.

Biggest cope. Producing military equipment doesn't rely just on raw materials and energy but many branches of technology.

That's not what Occam's razor says. The explanation with less assumptions: Russia killed POWs and covered it up. The explanation with the most mental gymnastics: Ukraine did it because reasons, it used one of the longest range and most accurate weapons to do it for no reason when regular artillery would have sufficed, etc.

@mr.negativenancy5751 Everywhere. He cited Chas Freeman, said Ukraine was another "Brzezinski trick" and that we're "making new monsters" like in Afghanistan. That is the "America bad" stance. Happy?

@jamesabergas5320 Crimea happened two days before Yanukovych was impeached. The government was not couped. It assembled in the Verkhovna Rada and voted to impeach the fleeing president. Yanukovuch fled because he betrayed his security service and they refused to protect him as retaliation.

Never salute a man in the field, makes him a target for snipers.

@theboss4359 We took measures to prevent Ukraine from being invaded even further after 2014. Didn't work. What are we going to do with Georgia, give them nukes? Chomski's advice is garbage. You settle, you create the conditions for a further push. You're literally giving Russia pause to try and build up forces again. Unless your argument is that along with a "settlement" we just focus on bankrupting Russia even more.

@orhion14 there's many domestic franchises and cafés in Russia, often a little cheaper than McD's. McD's is more of a commodity, a "teen"/young adult thing to eat when going to the mall. Additionally, they have the alternative of potato wedges which use a different type of potato which was not affected.

So grocery stores increase prices based on how much weapons Ukraine gets? I didn't know your local Walmart was funded by the DoD.
