  6. To be fair, the image is no longer suitable for the purpose, but people don't want it banned because "ah ah funny inside joke". If anything a lookalike could be hired to take a similar photo in a non-nude context and that way the homage to the tradition remains, but you get an image that doesn't cause conflict with people trying to ban it/overuse it out of spite for the opposite side.
