They're actually cancelling the next round of mobilization because they have enough Ukrainian volunteers. So they're only taking foreigners if they served as NCOs because that's the thing that takes longer to train.

@jamesmaher1989 Russian talking points. The war was not settled as the leaders from both countries had not met, they just sent envoys for negotiations. And Russia demanded that Ukraine had to disband their army. If I break into your house and negotiate my exit, if one of my demands is that you have to handcuff yourself to your radiator then you know my plan is to come back. Then the mass graves were found. You Russia shills never mention the true reason why the peace deal was never made formal for both sides to agree. Everyone saw how Russia soldiers acted.
