Most likely the heavy blankets covered the shape of the body which negated the ability to aim at the vitals, requiring more rounds on target. While 5.56 rifles were using 77gr OTM rounds so the impact and fragmentation is gonna get a reaction even if they miss the heart/spine.

  5. But it's basically SMG shaped while the MP7 is a large pistol. If you're bringing a P90 you might as well bring a short barrel rifle, while the MP7 is more convinient when climbing ladders or doing tasks that require hands like dog handling.
