I don't see the point of this comment. Big mainstream youtube channels brought in security experts and drivers to take a look at hacking and driving scenes in movies. There's an entire genre of lawyers analyzing courtroom scenes from TV shows. This isn't being nitpicky, it's an opportunity to learn.

@shanejones3599 Kalashnikov is a brand, actually. Kalashnikov Concern makes the majority of small arms for the Russian military. But either way, "Kalashnikov" in terms of the official Russian designation is still a reference to Kalashnikov's design team. If you look at the AK-46 design Mikahil's rifle was actually different from the 47 prototype. During the trials the military made suggestions to change the design and while Mikhail Kalashnikov initially opposed it he allowed Aleksandr Zaitsev to make the changes. So it is somewhat of a branding effort, he was lead designer of his team but not responsible for all of the work. The same thing happens with other weapons, we typically call ARs "AR" even though they're not made by Armalite.
