  2.  @BrandonHerrera  yeah and the bolt thrust force is applied on the lugs so I'm not worried, but it does look thin on the thumbnail.

  3.  @royalbirb275  well, typically stamping dies need to be made of tough and hard material so they don't wear out quickly from stamping steel non-stop. If you're only gonna stamp a couple of parts, I've seen testing done where 3d printed dies could bend 3mm steel for a few hundred times before failure.
