  4. However I really liked how inside the pool the high table enforcer fired his weapon under water and John swims away to let the bullet slow down. So many movies show bullets zipping into water and going through people swimming like it's nothing.

I suppose it depends what "general point of aim" means at close distances but everyone with a resume pretty much says that they want precise hits, for example if you get someone in the teeth or in the high forehead there's a chance for bullets to change direction and miss vitals, while hitting the eye or right below the nasal bridge will actually "guide" bullets into the brain. However, old school SAS did use the bright spot in the center of a flashlight beam to aim their MP5s at close range. So the truth is probably down the middle.
