  8. ​ @OcceanWavess  It's supposed to use motors from rockets about to be decommissioned because the warhead was a cluster munition. This could mean: 1) the motors themselves are having the fuel re-cast to get rid of creep and age cracks in the solid fuel grain. 2) there could be a reconsideration in sending cluster munitions deemed "obsolete" so the rockets have to be built from scratch
