The thing is that from a legal standpoint, he was in control of his actions and consciously picked his target. He knew what he was doing. He's obviously unwell, but he wanted to do it.

@lonemaus562 the whole point of having a justice system is that we need to treat the worst of our society with certain fairness because of the certainty that the innocent will face the same situation. If the system isn't fair, do we really have criminal justice? If we don't have justice, then why not just not end the police and let the streets sort themselves out?

@Yambag Youtube requires you to show ID or a credit card now. I'm in my late 20s but didn't want to show Google my ID so I created a fake credit card for online purchases lol.

@majedalqadi275 The USA isn't the country with the most gun crimes. Criminals without guns are still dangerous. Tasers don't work, and in occasion do kill people by stopping their heart or making people hit their head on the ground.
