@shanerooney7288 you're mistaken. Because of the number of people learning in the armed forces and taking their knowledge to the provate sector rather than getting certifications in the civilian world, the military is within its rights to not award someone their certification. My father was an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force and he had to fight to obtain his certification that allowed him to work on civilian planes after going into the reserves.

@GROGU123 the problem is the lack of due process. A college friend of mine got a letter in the mail telling him to pay up. He asked for photo verification of his car speeding. They didn't reply. The autonated system had probably fucked up and sent him a letter, as soon as someone realized there was no photo of his car/plates in the system they gave up. My girlfriend's father replied to one of those letters by stating the radar had not been calibrated in 6 months, and according to their own rules they couldn't fine a person without hard evidence. Part of due proccess is the government admitting it can get things wrong. Autonating the system to revoke people's rights would open the door to injustice in other areas.
