@untyrhallsprung569 "a skateboard is obviously less deadly then a gun" - But that's irrelevant. Once you use a bludgeoning or stabbing weapon against someone, you've already escalated to a point where self-defense is justified no matter how much of an advantage the victim has. As shitty of a weapon a skateboard is, using it against someone when there's no justifiable reason (like stopping a robbery or something) is a serious crime.
