The shot at 20 seconds was fired BEFORE Arbery started the fight. George E. Barnhill was the DA that recused himself due to conflict of interest. Bruh. @Coelacanth Q you cannot perform a citizen's arrest except under extremely narrow circumstances. If you do not see someone committing a crime, you cannot arrest a "suspect".

The former cop recognized Arbery from a prior altercation that had zero to do with the burglaries. This means that they did not have legal standing for a citizen's arrest, thus making them criminals. Having a description is not enough to perform an arrest because a citizen's arrest cannot be done for investigative purposes. You can say womp womp, but your boys are in jail right now.
