Comments by "Titanium Rain" (@ChucksSEADnDEAD) on "Ahmaud Arbery WAS NOT Murdered In Cold Blood, The Leftist Narrative Is Manipulation, Video Exists" video.
Super JLK "at this point the man still thought the jogger was a burglar." - Irrelevant. " He believed the gun would have been used against him and his son." - Oh no, a criminal believes I'm going to hurt him in self-defense. Fuck him. They committed a crime trying to perform the arrest because they're retards, then killed the victim. Criminals don't get to fear that their gun will be used against them. They should either accept their fate or accept getting arrested for murder.
4
Super JLK "The man also had a right to defend himself and the life of his son" - Nope. They decided to become criminals by performing an illegal arrest. They voluntarily gave up their rights to self-defense and consent to being killed by the victim.
3
Super JLK "it is relevant what the man perceived the threat to be" - Nope. The gunmen were the threat. "Any man running at me intended to cause bodily harm will end up getting shot" - Then you're a murderer because in this case you're committing a crime. Criminals don't have the right to kill their victims.
3
@mattatat1138 "When in fear for your life, and unable to match their level of force, continuing to flee is the most reasonable option." - How is being afraid of getting shot in the back gonna convince someone to flee?
3
@mattatat1138 "if he were an innocent black man, unarmed and confronted by multiple armed men in vehicles, the only reasonable choice is to flee." - Bullshit. The innocent have the right to fight back.
3
And you can see he was zig-zagging and circles around the car because it was the best cover available. Running anywhere else would have exposed him.
3
@Skeloperch "They were literally attacked" - They were an armed threat. I wish Mr Arbery was carrying so he could use his gun in legal self-defense over those dumbasses. "Zimmerman" - In the Zimmerman case he was following a kid and then the altercation is mostly Zimmerman's own testimony, and he ended up getting his head pounded on the ground. These boys hopped onto a truck and started chasing a man while armed. They were a threat. Zimmerman, according to all the available evidence, was just a curious neighbor and kept his gun hidden until he had to use it.
3
@tyler7713 " A shot wasn’t taken until he assaulted the man with the gun" - False. Three shots. One taken before the altercation. Even then, they broke the law by performing an illegal arrest. They're criminals and the victim defended himself. They killed the victim for resisting.
2
@tyler7713 Rewatch and this time remove the earwax. On the 36 second video there was a shot at 20 seconds, a second shot at 25 and a third shot at 29. The shot at 20 seconds was fired BEFORE Arbery started the fight. George E. Barnhill was the DA that recused himself due to conflict of interest. Bruh. You're literally gonna point to the guy who covered for a former cop and had to recuse himself?
2
@jimbo5973 "You are only dead if they shoot you" - Can you prove someone doesn't intend to shoot? "who says they would of shot anyone if he hadn't of charged and started swinging?" - Who says they wouldn't? "thats one hell of an assumtpion to make...." - Your life is on the line. Are you gonna assume the men harassing you with guns are good guys?
2
@earlward6374 "He had a pattern of this behavior." - Irrelevant. Priors don't justify the shooting. "Thus they had a right to initiate a citizens arrest." - False. You can only do that if you witness the crime or you've positively ID'ed a felon. The former cop recognized the black man from a prior altercation, not the alleged burglary. It was an illegal arrest. "It appears their intent was to stop and hold this criminal suspect until law enforcement arrived. Under Georgia Law, this is perfectly legal" - Only if you witness the crime or you've positively identified a felon. "Barnhill wrote of the McMichaels." - Barnhill was helping the McMichaels in a blatant case of corruption.
2
@earlward6374 "He was shot because he tried to attack people with guns" - Who were illegally detaining him, thus were criminals. He defended himself from criminals. "If they intended to kill him he wouldn't have gotten close enough for a punch to the head" - Why? This doesn't even make sense. Plenty of people are murdered at arm's reach. "They would have shot him dead within 5 feet of the truck as the guy was in the bed of the truck armed" - They did shoot before the altercation. I counted 3 shots.
2
@earlward6374 1. They are irrelevant because the media narrative doesn't matter. It was an illegal shoot. The ex-cop is gonna have his ass pounded in jail. Womp womp. 2. "They already had seen VIDEOS of him" - Only one video is mentioned. And he wasn't recognized from the video. The ex-cop recognized the man from previous altercations unrelated to the burglary. They did not have positive ID of the burglar, the ex-cop just realized the man was familiar. 3. Don't press shift while punching in numbers. The DA fucked up. He attempted to get them off by recusing himself and writing a statement but unwittingly admitted they became criminals when they attempted the illegal arrest. "Glad this piece of shit "jogger" is dead" - I'm glad the ex cop is gonna be worse than dead in jail.
2
Super JLK Watch again. With sound. And remove the earwax. Three shots. Two during the struggle. One before.
2
@Coelacanth Q you cannot perform a citizen's arrest except under extremely narrow circumstances. If you do not see someone committing a crime, you cannot arrest a "suspect".
2
@jimbo5973 You're dead either way. Might as well take the chance to disarm the opponent.
1
The yokels committed the crime of an illegal citizen's arrest. Sorry bud, but they chose to be criminals and justify a victim's self-defense rights against them. They deserved to fear for their life.
1
@artruisjoew5473 "The shots are fired defensively, after the fight had broke out." - False. In the 36 second video you can hear a shot at 20 seconds in, one at 25 and another at 29. The shot fired at 20 seconds was fired BEFORE the fight broke out.
1
@artruisjoew5473 "you can see the burglar run past the car then turn 90 degree to the left" - By this time a shot had already been fired. 20 seconds in. Then he turns left and the fight starts. "this is considered to be the initiation of the fight, the shot was heard after that." - Nope, that was the second shot. And the initiation of the fight was the chase by armed men in two vehicles attempting to perform an illegal arrest and thus making themselves the criminals in the situation.
1
@kungfoochicken08 It was an illegal arrest.
1
J. Bar Only if they witnessed the crime. They didn't. They committed a crime and killed their victim. They're going down for murder.
1
MrAmmanas Better to take an L in a gun fight than the D in prison because you're an ex-cop.
1
@kungfoochicken08 "Glad this piece of shit "jogger" is dead" - No, they didn't. The ex-cop recognized him from a prior altercation. "He matched the description of the burglar reported on the 911 call" - Not enough to perform a citizen's arrest. "Let's be honest here, there's a significant chance he did it" - I don't care. It doesn't change the fact that it was an illegal shooting. "He was arrested for bringing a gun to a high school basketball game and then violates probation by shoplifting. Are we really supposed to believe he was "jogging" in a neighborhood 30 minutes from his house?" - Doesn't matter. A former cop who should have known better decided to become a criminal by performing a citizen's arrest without the legal backing. His victim fought back and he killed the victim for resisting. Now he's an ex cop in jail. Womp womp.
1
Super JLK If you watch the liveleak video the first shot happens at 20 seconds while Arbery is running around the car.
1
@askwhy2030 do you have proof he was a criminal?
1
@earlward6374 That doesn't excuse a bad shoot. It was a bad shoot. You can't instigate a confrontation and then claim self-defense.
1
@newlife2343 "He wouldn’t stop to talk." - He didn't have to. "If I was innocent I would stop to talk," - If you were innocent would you allow random nobodies to play law enforcement? You know how many criminals have pretended to be cops just to get people to stop and not resist? "Hell if you are innocent and being chased by men with guns why not call the fucking cops!" - Yeah they'll arrive just in time! "Instead he runs at then violently, attacks him and attempts to steal the gun." - That's what you do when attacked by criminals.
1
There were three shots. Also, the two yokels committed a crime by trying to perform an illegal arrest. Now they'll go down for murder. Womp womp.
1
@WarRabb1t No, it wasn't. The inbreds did not witness the alleged burglary and had no positive ID of the suspect. The former cop recognized Arbery from a prior altercation that had zero to do with the burglaries. This means that they did not have legal standing for a citizen's arrest, thus making them criminals. Having a description is not enough to perform an arrest because a citizen's arrest cannot be done for investigative purposes. You can say womp womp, but your boys are in jail right now. And they're going to prison after the trial. So again, womp womp.
1
"They had him on tape stealing from a house. He came back and was seen drooling on a window looking for more to steal." - Where is the evidence? "The video clearly shows him running up to 2 white people in a car with his shirt off trying to beat them" - That is not true. He didn't have his shirt off. You can hear a shot ring out before he charges. He was fired upon first.
