Different subject. The US accused Iraq of not destroying their stockpiles according to UN guidelines and also of trying to procure yellowcake to make nukes and using mobile labs to make WMDs. The UN inspectors were satisfied with Iraq's compliance and the only WMDs found were not stockpiles but abandoned and deteriorated weapons from the Iran-Iraq war era that were unusable. The mobile labs didn't exist.

And aforementioned oil producing countries don't give a shit about human rights and we're friendly towards them, so… the "Muslim country bad!" deflection is just that, whataboutism. Muslims spit in the face of Western ideals but they're honest about it and I'm not going to risk dying from an IED to change it. Israel pretends to be a developed country while subjugating a native population and holding a nuclear sword of Damocles over their neighbours so that they can perform their airstrikes without fear of retaliation.
