Yeah using the colloquial definition of a gambling rather than the legal definition of gambling is weak. What EA does is immoral without the gambling aspect already, we don't need to bring in losing arguments.

@360lootgoon3 the place does not matter when your argument is centered around using one definition of gambling to prove EA fits a different definition. By the colloquial definition Kinder Eggs are also gambling, which means you're actually defending EA's point.
