  2. Some are normal arrests. The Russian shills like to pretend that uniformed men pick you out from the crowd and just take you. Usually you'd receive a summons and if you refuse to go that's like missing a court date, the police will detain you if they find you. If Russia the mobilization is done by knocking on the door and handing the summons by hand, if someone else opens the door you're technically not evading them.
