  1. ​ @bigbake132  Because Ukrainian people are fluent in the languages spoken there. And because they're Ukrainian, there's an expectation that they'll fight for Ukraine. If you show up there, waste their time by getting trained, then run to the border the first time you hear a shell whistling past you, might as well not bother.
