  6.  @myhandlewastakenandIgaveup  The problem was that "tactical" became a useless descriptor. "Military" or "combat" boots became tactical boots. A soft shell jacket with pockets and velcro pads for patches doesn't make the jacket "tactical". You may just get these items for a hike, but apparently they were infused with the special sauce to handle tactical situations. "Tactical gear" may be an easy catch-all for the stuff used in military/police operations and that's fine but when the hat is tactical, the pants are tactical, the messenger bag is tactical, the sunglasses are tactical, etc it's an absolute joke.
