If you trade with human rights violating countries you get dragged down to their level because you can't compete. If you don't trade with countries using slave labour... You get dragged down to their level too???

  11. +Amirhosein Herandy okay so China is "blockading" itself by taxing American goods? They seem to be doing just fine. What the enemy does to you in times of war is sink any ship heading to your shores and shoot down any plane trying to enter your airspace. Here the US is using tariffs to either discourage consumption of Chinese goods, and the goods that do come in contribute to government revenue. It's not the same as being starved for supplies and the things you need being destroyed during transport. Is it the way I'd want things to be? Hell no. But if everyone is taxing your products to promote their own industries so that you can't sell very well in foreign markets, and your own companies are fleeing to foreign countries so they can pay workers less, and then import into your own country because you have no/low tariffs then you're being duped.
