@poopyjoe4016 that's fine, devoid of external factors. But what happens when the same government playing butt buddies with the foreign investors has policies that discourage internal development? All that foreign money developing the property and making it more valuable prices people out of their own neighborhoods. I don't mind being priced out of a zone but for fuck's sake make the market dynamic enough to let me move somewhere else! When there's people being told they're gonna have to move and there's rotting buildings that never got developed because the owner is waiting for that sweet sweet foreign money... it pisses me the fuck off. They reap all the benefits of the free market while we're fucked by the government.

@lkb9527 nothing to hide is a terrible argument. It doesn't matter how long the arm is because you're always online, always within reach.
