The players who are in the national team are not playing under the team they have a contract with. Obviously these cups happen mostly during the summer when national leagues are off season but it's still a strain to pile up excessive international cups.

If several cities were put under siege, what do you want me to say about the people who didn't riot? Bless them? They're kind of not the problem here and not what's being discussed.
