@konstantinkelekhsaev302 The Bay of Pigs happened in 1961, the missile crisis was in 1962. So Patrik is correct. The US didn't invade Cuba. If you want to talk about supporting anti-communists and training them, should we talk about how the separatist People's Republics in Ukraine are supported by Russia?

@digestedplus What about the nationalists and militarists who started the self-proclaimed republics? They are nationalist. Ukraine will have more Nazis and more military power thanks to Russia.

@duanebailey6253 Al Qaeda was not in power. In fact, Bin Laden left Afghanistan after the fighting and lived in Sudan, and only returned in 1996. How was Bin Laden the leader of Afghanistan when he didn't even live there? Ukraine was not overthrown by neo-nazis. Yanukovych had protesters beat up and passed laws against free speech. People who weren't even in favor of the protests became angry and decided to join. Yanukovych realized he would be prosecuted for his crimes, so he fled the country. His own party disavowed him, and the democratically elected parliament voted on a resolution to relieve him from his position because he fled. Neo nazis? Coup? The president just fled. The existing government voted to terminate his presidency.

@duanebailey6253 I'm not confusing anything. Al Qaeda was not the Taliban. The Taliban were never puppets of Al Qaeda, they were guests in Afghanistan because the Afghan people were in debt to Bin Laden for volunteering to fight against the Soviet Union.
