They said F no, that kind of research is banned. So it was offshored to China. Much like BSL-4 labs have nasty pathogens so they can be studied and countered, that doesn't mean bioweapons are being developed there. The existence of a dangerous pathogen inside a lab doesn't mean ill intent. That's just where we store cultures.

If you have a receptor detecting incoming radar energy, and then re-emit them with the proper timing and Doppler shift you can create radar contacts with the speed you want. The US military and NSA used it to measure Cuban radar abilities by creating fictional supersonic flights about to buzz through Cuban airspace and watched their fighters scramble in response. They even had a submarine time the release of balloons with metal spheres to coincide with the fake radar contacts entering the area to intercept and submerge to avoid being seen. Unless you have a twin, your parents can't have another child exactly like you due to the inherent randomized nature of genetics. However, despite the pieces being banged together at random, your brothers or sisters have a 98-99% chance of coming out as perfectly functional humans with no disabilities. Maybe their eyes are a little further apart than yours, their ears bigger or smaller, maybe their limb to torso ratio is slightly off. But you can't randomize aircraft pieces and shove them on an airplane. Like if the mounting holes for a screw are misaligned by a millimeter it's not going to even fit and the plane can't get off the ground.

Wheather balloons, balloons that suspend the flares that act as targets for Stinger missile training and drones flying without FAA registration. That's the point. The "trained observers" can't identify a lot of regular crap floating around the air. Nor should they have to. So the justification that the "trained observers" can't identify the UFO/UAP therefore it's unnatural/paranormal is BS. They're trained to observe what they need to, not trained observers of everything in the sky. That's all.

Mistakes have happened with either friendlies entering kill boxes by mistake or forward air controllers giving an all clear with wrong reference points. In 1991 one F-16 acting as FAC gave A-10s an all clear to attack as there were no friendlies within 6 miles of a burning tank, but the A-10s were probably looking at other burning tank and hit British friendlies. Also in 1991 the forward observers called in for an attack on an Iraqi vehicle, the A-10 strafed their observation post instead of the vehicle.

Over time, eventually a natural virus from an animal will jump to a human but also be adapted to become infectious among humans. So yeah, things can happen on their own, but it's always a lottery. Do it inside a lab and you're bound to get surefire results. Instead of natural selection you have artificial selection steering it.

Obviously losses are undesirable, but the alternatives are either unplugging those generators or paying a neighboring country to take it (California has paid Arizona to take their excess energy), then you'll need to pay to import energy or fire up gas plants while your renewables are down. While reducing losses are a big deal, high capacity, low construction and operational costs are much more important. If it costs 50 billion for a 99% efficient battery bank which can store a week's worth of energy, and 1 billion to build a dam that's 60% efficient but can handle a month's worth of energy.... at that point the 40% losses are kind of meaningless because the alternative is 100% loss without storage. In reality the pumped water dam can be 70-85% efficient so it's not even that bad.

  252. Anton Petrov made a video a couple of weeks ago which is about protein folding - basically life is statistically impossible inside a galaxy. Galaxies with life should be extremely rare and those that have it should only have one populated system. Distance between galaxies makes it practically impossible to meet unless we get the eormhole tech.

This means that the number of possible combinations is larger than the number of stars in the galaxy. There are reasons why proteins fold "correctly" but it requires perfect conditions to happen consistently.
