I had to take a break from kickboxing because of it. Doctors can't tell what's wrong unless I get it scanned, which I can't because "muh free healthcare". Best they can do is xray, which they think won't show the problem at all. I am getting better but I still get scares whenever I overload my knee.

@samsun01 pretty sure that at 70 taking a run is gonna burn up a whole lot more of your quota, not to mention all the wear and tear from living a normal life.
