@Akmal Ahmad "poverty rate" is a nice way to deflect from the cesspool that are californian cities. "the best states in US are left wing states" - they're the best according to criteria you prefer, and other states are the best according to other criteria that others might prioritize. I'll take a reduction in quality of life over gun laws, for example. You couldn't pay me to live in an anti-gun state.

@Akmal Ahmad "which cause the land to be too expensive for average middle class" - Then people would move out to more affordable land. The middle class doesn't simply end up in the streets out of nowhere at this rate unless there's a massive economic crisis, especially long term. Most long term homelessness is related to mental health, substance abuse or both. Not people down on their luck because property value went up.

@Akmal Ahmad "The middle class are being slowly pushed and pushed into homelessness" - Do you have evidence to back this up? People don't defecate in the streets and shoot up heroin simply because they lost their house. "They buy now and sell it 20 years from now." - Which is gonna cost them if everyone leaves.
