  2. The A-10 has redundant hydraulics, but if the control is damaged it's damaged. Meanwhile digital control is more reliable because it can be split across different bus cables and thus stay in control even if one cable is damaged.

  3.  @hellothere1656  Capturing a stealth aircraft doesn't mean understanding the underlying principles. Even Russia has issues developing stealth and they invented the maths to calculate radar cross sections.

  5. Their domestic missiles, drones and loitering munitions obviously have no manual controls as they lack pilots. Seems weird to trust missiles to not suffer from EW and then fear that electronic shielding is insufficient.

  6. Because jet fighters are not piloted remotely. Drones are hacked typically by spoofing GPS and telling the drone that it is landing in friendly territory. A pilot inside the aircraft that controls the aircraft will not land simply because the control logic tells him to.

  9.  @hphp31416  Flight controls are not connected to anything outside in the case of digital control either. Airliners are fly by wire and not once was an aircraft hacked and controlled remotely.
